Role Description
The Event Management Associate position is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt.
Responsibilities
Strategic Commercial Associate serves as the primary liaison between key pharmaceutical partners and internal cross-functional teams. dedicated to transforming complex brand visions into high-impact physical and digital experiences at premier medical congresses and scientific exhibitions. complete Event Life Cycle—from initial conceptualization to onsite execution. A core focus of the position is identifying and integrating emerging healthcare exhibition technologies to provide innovative, market-leading solutions that differentiate clients from their competitors.
Monitor the competitive profile of our clients’ therapeutic areas during events to provide "Field Intelligence" reports after the exhibition.
Implement commercial tactics to meet quantitative and qualitative targets.
Forecast key metrics, track account progress, and identify new growth opportunities within your portfolio.
Planning and managing events, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring smooth execution of all event-related activities.
Involves providing excellent customer service, crafting event proposals, maintaining vendor relationships, and executing sales strategies to secure and deliver successful events.
Qualifications :
7+ years of experience in Commercial/Sales Role With multiple Event Leadership Execution.
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or an equivalent medical degree.
Exceptional public speaker with a proven ability to influence and negotiate at the executive level.
A "can-do" attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrix environment.
Fluency in English is a must.
Analytical, self-motivated, and ready to win
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for client interactions and stakeholder management
Experience in Sales with a proven ability to cultivate and maintain client relationships
Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Prior experience in event management or related fields is a plus
