A well-known Company for the industry located in Sharkia is seeking an experienced Security Manager
Location in: Sharkia-Working hours: 8:00 AM- 4:00 PM-Days off: friday
Key Responsibilities:• Monitor and supervise the security and guarding of company facilities and implement an effective anti-theft security system.• Ensure compliance with governmental regulations and company policies.• Organize and monitor the movement of employees, workers, and company goods.• Coordinate work between the security department and other departments and take necessary organizational decisions.• Train, guide, and develop the performance of security supervisors and personnel.• Follow up on permits and authorizations required for operational activities.• Monitor company vehicle movement and ensure proper and safe usage.• Supervise the entry and exit of vehicles and internal/external goods.• Control and monitor access of individuals entering and exiting the premises.• Conduct regular inspections around the facility to ensure security compliance.• Report emergency situations and incidents to the Factory Manager immediately.• Follow up on additional tasks assigned by the General Manager within the scope of authority.• Ensure implementation of Occupational Health & Safety regulations.• Participate in identifying potential risks within the company and developing preventive actions.• Evaluate the performance of security staff and supervisors.• Participate in management review meetings, food safety team meetings, and other assigned committees.
