- Design & Engineering:
3D Modeling & Design: Create detailed 3D designs and Shop Drawing assemblies for sheet metal products and commercial kitchen equipment using SolidWorks or Inventor.
BOM Management: Develop, maintain, and update accurate Bills of Materials (BOM) and coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams for part sourcing.
Manufacturing Coordination: Collaborate closely with production, quality, and Programing teams to ensure designs are optimized for cutting, bending, and assembly processes.
Research & Development (R&D)
- Product Development: Lead the development and reverse engineering of new commercial kitchen equipment to expand product lines.
- Technical Documentation: Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, including user guides and product catalogs, for all new designs.
Design Optimization: Implement innovative improvements to enhance product quality, ease of cleaning, maintenance, and overall cost-efficiency.
