Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Staff member, based in Qesm El Nozha. The responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and delivering exceptional service. You will manage customer inquiries, provide tailored solutions, coordinate with internal teams, and negotiate contracts. The role requires working collaboratively to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of Sky Technic's operations in the aviation sector.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales, client acquisition, and relationship management Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills Understanding of aviation services or the aerospace industry is a strong advantage Ability to meet sales targets and thrive in a goal-oriented environment Proficient in customer service best practices and resolving client issues effectively Capable of working collaboratively within cross-functional teams Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus Self-discipline, organizational skills, and ability to work independently Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
