Job Details

Job Description : The Payroll Specialist is responsible for managing and processing employee payroll accurately and on time. This role ensures compliance with company policies, labor laws, and tax regulations while maintaining confidentiality of payroll information.

Key Responsibilities

Process monthly payroll for all employees and ensure timely salary payments. Calculate wages, overtime, bonuses, commissions, deductions, and benefits. Maintain accurate payroll records and employee compensation data. Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and social insurance requirements. Prepare payroll reports for management and finance departments. Coordinate with HR regarding employee data such as new hires, terminations, promotions, and salary adjustments. Handle payroll-related inquiries from employees and resolve discrepancies. Prepare and submit social insurance and tax documentation when required. Ensure confidentiality and security of payroll information. Assist in payroll audits and financial reporting.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll processing or accounting roles. Strong knowledge of payroll systems and Microsoft Excel. Familiarity with labor law, taxes, and social insurance regulations. High attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organizational and time management skills.
