The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative position, preferably supporting executive-level leadership. This is a dynamic role that requires strong time management, excellent communication skills, and a high level of discretion and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate the Managing Director’s daily schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items for meetings
- Screen calls, respond to emails, and act as a liaison between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders
- Handle confidential information with integrity
- Assist with special projects and business initiatives as required
- Organize and maintain files and records
- Support in event planning and logistics
