Role Description This is a full-time on-site Sales Assistant role located in Qesm El Moqatam. The Sales Assistant will support the sales team by handling customer inquiries, managing client relationships, and providing excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks will include maintaining sales records, coordinating with clients, managing schedules, assisting in preparing sales reports, and ensuring seamless communication between the sales team and clients to achieve sales goals.
Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain solid client relationships Customer service experience and problem-solving abilities Sales capabilities, including developing leads and supporting sales processes Excellent organization skills and attention to detail for managing schedules and records Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of CRM tools Fluency in Arabic, and English proficiency is preferred
