Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Workforce Specialist, located in El Obour. The Workforce Specialist will oversee and optimize workforce management by analyzing staffing needs and ensuring optimal resource allocation. Responsibilities include workforce planning, developing strategies to enhance workforce efficiency, monitoring schedules, preparing reports, and collaborating with relevant teams to fulfill operational goals and ensure high service quality.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Workforce Management, Workforce Planning, and Workforce Development Strong Analytical Skills to analyze and interpret data effectively Excellent Communication skills for collaboration and stakeholder engagement Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities Familiarity with performance monitoring tools and metrics Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Previous experience in a customer service or operations-driven role is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field
