Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Sales Representative based in Alexandria. The Technical Sales Representative will manage end-to-end sales cycles, build and maintain customer relationships, understand client needs for medical and clinical software, and provide tailored solutions. The role involves delivering product demonstrations, offering technical training to clients, and supporting customers throughout the sales process. The position also requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Proven experience in Technical Sales and general sales expertise Strong skills in Customer Service and the ability to build enduring client relationships Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written Experience in Training clients on technical products and solutions Ability to understand technical products and translate their value to clients Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to manage time effectively Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Experience in the healthcare or software technology industry is a plus
