Naia Developments is looking for an experienced Senior Infrastructure Specialist to oversee and manage our IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and performance across all systems. Key Responsibilities • Manage datacenter infrastructure, servers, storage, networking, and cloud environments • Lead infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and technology implementations • Monitor systems, troubleshoot issues, and minimize downtime • Implement security, backup, and disaster recovery solutions • Manage vendors and lead the IT infrastructure team Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field • 5+ years of IT infrastructure experience • Experience in Datacenter Infrastructure, Servers & Storage, VMware / Hyper-V Virtualization, Networking, Security, Backup & DR, and VoIP • Certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, VMware) are a plus Key Skills Infrastructure architecture • Datacenter operations • Troubleshooting & RCA • Power Shell scripting • VMware (ESXi, v Sphere) • Leadership • Communication • Time management
