  1. Planning and executing strategies for completing projects on time
  2. Lead and manage a team of skilled professionals in executing interior finishing and decoration projects.
  3. Oversee all aspects of project execution, from initial planning to final completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  4. Coordinate closely with architects, engineers, interior designers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project integration.
  5. Defining monthly tasks and scope for engineers, informing them of them, and distributing them on a weekly basis
  6. Periodic visit to all sites according to a specific visit schedule and preparing a written and approved visit report on site
  7. Supervising the work of multiple teams
  8. Check their team’s work for technical accuracy
  9. Coordinate work with other managers and staff
  10. Provide clear and concise instructions to engineering team 
  11. Ensuring the validity of technical methods used by staff
  12. Receiving work and work stages in accordance with the company’s quality standards
  13. Solving customers’ problems and providing solutions that are in line with their aspirations and achieving the company’s goals
  14. Follow up on the regularity of supply work for the required purchases for each project according to the schedule
  15. Hire contractors and build teams
  16. Managing budgets for projects and managing project cost
  17. Research and develop designs and products
