Conduct online and desktop research using multiple sources Collect, record, and analyse data accurately Report writing in English & Arabic Telephone interviewing across the MENA region Maintain electronic databases securely Follow strict code of ethics and confidentiality Interpret data and provide actionable insights
????????????????????????????????????????????????Bachelor’s degree is a must Very good command of English (B2 – Upper Intermediate) Strong computer skills Research and customer service experience is a plus Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills Exceptional written, verbal, and telephonic communication skills Cairo residents only, preferably near Nasr City
