  • Sell services that require extensive technical expertise, e.g. 3D Design, Reverse Engineering, and 3D printing services – Extensive training on 3D Technologies will be provide by EBBAMS. 
  • Plan and modify services to meet customer needs.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations that explain our services to customers as well as prospective customers. 
  • Arrange for Factory Tours for demonstrations and show off company’s capabilities
  • Develop sales plans for the company and provide periodic performance reports. 
  • Secure and renew orders and arrange delivery.
  • Establish, manage, and strengthen the relationship with all customers, prospects, and key players. 
  • Research and identify potential customers for EBBAMS services within the Industrial sectors. 
  • Visit prospective buyers at industrial and engineering sector to show samples or catalogues, and to inform them about our services pricing, availability, and advantages.
  • Develop named key account customers.
  • Document account activities, generate reports and keep records of business transactions with customers and suppliers. 
  • Develop, working collaboratively with the technical team, standard operating procedures (procedures, work methods, protocols, quality control).
  • Advise the management on the future expansion plans for the company.
  • Keep informed on industry news and trends, services, competitors, relevant information about existing and emerging technologies and the latest developments in the field. 
  • Attend trade shows, seminars, and exhibitions to promote services or to learn about industry developments.
