Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for English Back Office Agents specializing in both voice and non-voice operations, located in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves managing inbound and outbound communications, addressing customer inquiries via phone or digital support channels, and ensuring timely reporting and follow-up of customer concerns. Agents will also be responsible for data entry and back-office administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction is integral to this role.
Qualifications Strong communication skills, including proficiency in spoken and written English Proficiency in data entry and other administrative tasks, alongside attention to detail and accuracy Problem-solving, critical thinking, and the ability to handle customer concerns effectively Proficiency with common software tools and customer service platforms Ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on teamwork Customer service experience or a background in BPO is a plus Bachelor’s degree (preferred) and/or relevant certifications
