Job Summary We are seeking a passionate Sales Engineer (2–4 years of experience) with a solid engineering background and exposure to sales and tendering activities. The role involves translating market opportunities into effective sales actions, participating in tenders, understanding technical requirements, and building strong relationships with customers and suppliers to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities Prepare and submit technical and commercial tenders. Review tender documents, technical specifications, and BOQs. Search for new leads and develop sales opportunities within assigned regions. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and suppliers. Coordinate with suppliers to obtain quotations and technical submittals. Negotiate tender and contract terms to meet customer and company requirements. Provide pre-sales technical support and assist after-sales teams when needed. Prepare quotations, reports, and presentations for customer visits and management. Analyze costs, sales performance, and market opportunities. Participate in sales strategy development and marketing activities. Conduct technical presentations and explain solutions to customers clearly. Liaise with internal sales teams and technical experts.

Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical field is preferred).2–4 years of experience in Sales Engineering and/or Tendering. Good understanding of technical specifications and tendering processes. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to explain technical information to non-technical audiences. Good command of Arabic and English. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook). Ability to read technical drawings and basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Alexandria resident. Willingness to travel within Egypt when required.
