  • Manage and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of company projects.
  • Review and approve architectural designs, drawings, and technical documents prepared by consultants.
  • Ensure proper coordination between architectural, structural, and MEP works to avoid conflicts during project execution.
  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, and overall progress to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Identify potential technical or operational issues and propose effective solutions.
  • Follow up on project milestones and deliverables and ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Prepare progress reports and project updates for senior management.
