We’re seeking a talented A Motion Graphic Designer to join our team and help us create a wide range of motion design work, including animations and visual effects for our clients. This role requires a strong Motion Graphic skills combined with, creativity and attention to details.
Role Description:This is a full-time on-site role at Maadi office, Cairo, Egypt. Office times Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:00 full onsite (NOT remote). We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Motion Graphic Artist with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a fast-paced advertising agency environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong creative vision, technical expertise, and a passion for producing high-quality, innovative motion graphics for a wide range of clients.
Key Responsibilities:Job Title: Motion Graphic Artist Position Type: Full-time Lead the creation and execution of motion graphic concepts from start to finish, including storyboarding, animation, and final delivery. Collaborate with creative directors, designers, and other team members to develop and execute creative concepts that align with client objectives and brand guidelines. Design, animate, and edit engaging visual content for digital ads, social media, TV spots, websites, presentations, and other multimedia platforms. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining the highest quality standards. Use advanced motion graphics techniques, 2D/3D animation, and visual effects to produce innovative and eye-catching designs. Keep up to date with industry trends, tools, and techniques, and implement innovative design solutions. Ensure that all projects adhere to client specifications, deadlines, and budgets. Work with post-production teams to ensure seamless integration of motion graphics with live-action footage. Provide creative input during brainstorming sessions and offer suggestions to enhance the visual impact of campaigns.
Qualifications:Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience as a Motion Graphic Artist in an advertising agency or similar creative environment. A bachelor degree in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, and Animation from applied arts or fine arts university or a related field is mandatory. Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.), and 3D software such as Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar. A strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of motion design work, including animations, digital ads, TV commercials, social media content, and brand campaigns. Experience in creating 2D/3D animations, typography animation, and complex visual effects. Strong understanding of video editing, color grading, and post-production workflows. Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines, manage multiple projects, and deliver high-quality work. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to lead creative discussions and presentations.
