Job Details

Key Responsibilities:-Conduct market research to identify market needs and trends.-Develop and present innovative marketing campaign ideas.-Analyze customer demographics, preferences, and buying behavior.-Monitor marketing performance and support campaign effectiveness analysis.-Collaborate with creative teams on branding, promotional materials, and campaigns.-Analyze competitors’ strategies, pricing, and market positioning.-Coordinate with external marketing and advertising agencies.-Assist in managing corporate branding and identity.-Plan and organize exhibitions, events, and training activities.-Conduct field visits and support marketing initiatives on the ground. Requirements:-Bachelor’s degree in any field.-(3–5) years of experience in a similar marketing role.-Strong presentation and analytical skills.-Excellent planning and organizational abilities.-Proficiency in Microsoft Office.-Very good English (written and spoken).-Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
