Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Draftsman located in Cairo, Egypt. The Draftsman will be responsible for preparing detailed technical drawings and blueprints based on specifications, instructions, and engineering designs. The role involves creating accurate plans for construction, manufacturing, or technical purposes, ensuring compliance with company standards. Collaboration with engineers, architects, and other team members to refine and finalize designs is an integral part of the role. The Draftsman will also ensure that the documentation is precise and updated as required.

Qualifications

Strong skills in technical drawing and blueprint preparation, with proficiency in Auto CAD and similar drafting software Knowledge of engineering or architectural design standards and specifications Basic understanding of construction methods, materials, and manufacturing processes Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to identify design discrepancies Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with engineers and other professionals effectively Bachelor’s degree or diploma in drafting, engineering, architecture, or a related field Industry-related experience is a plus Proficiency in project and time management to meet deadlines and prioritize work
