Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Customer Service Specialist for our real estate sector. This full-time, on-site position is based in Cairo, Egypt. Responsibilities include managing customer support operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling inquiries professionally via phone and other communication channels, and enhancing customer experience through exceptional service delivery. The Senior Customer Service Specialist will act as an essential point of contact, resolving customer concerns and ensuring seamless communication between clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

Proficient skills in Customer Support and Customer Service, demonstrating the ability to address and resolve client issues effectively. Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience to ensure positive interactions and long-term client relationships. Excellent Phone Etiquette and verbal communication skills to professionally handle client calls and inquiries. Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in the real estate sector is an advantage. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required. Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
