We are hiring a Senior District Manager - Orthopedics Line.
- PT CELL is entering a new phase of growth in Egypt, and leadership will define the pace of that growth.
- We are building a scientifically positioned pharmaceutical portfolio designed to raise the credibility of clinically proven active ingredients in the market.
- This expansion requires Senior District Managers who can lead with strategy, translate science into performance, and build high-impact teams across key territories.
1. Sales Leadership & Execution (Revenue Generation)
- Target Achievement: Ensure the district meets or exceeds its monthly, quarterly, and annual sales volume and value targets.
- Segmentation & Targeting (S&T): Implement the S&T strategy at the district level and ensure the team prioritizes high-potential accounts to maximize Prescription (Rx) Return per Call.
- Territory Business Planning: Develop localized Tactical Action Plans to overcome competitor challenges and capitalize on local market opportunities.
2. People Development & Coaching (Field Force Effectiveness)
- Field Coaching (Dual Visits): Spend a minimum of 60–70% of time in the field with Medical Representatives, providing real-time feedback on Detailing Excellence, objection handling, and closing techniques.
- Competency Mapping: Identify skill gaps within the team and implement Individual Development Plans (IDPs) to build a high-performing and sustainable sales force.
- Motivation & Retention: Foster a competitive yet collaborative team culture aligned with the company’s core values and performance standards.
3. Scientific Detailing
- Message Mastery: Ensure the team delivers a consistent, evidence-based scientific message that differentiates the company’s products from competitors.
- KOL Management: Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with regional Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to ensure brand advocacy and peer-to-peer influence.
- Medical Events: Oversee the execution of district-level scientific roundtables, Continuous Medical Education (CME) events, and group meetings to increase brand awareness.
4. Compliance & Operational Excellence
- Ethics & Transparency: Ensure 100% adherence to the Code of Ethics and local regulatory guidelines for pharmaceutical promotion.
- CRM Discipline: Monitor and audit the team’s use of CRM tools to ensure accurate reporting of call frequency, reach, and physician feedback.
- Resource Management: Optimize the use of promotional materials and samples to ensure they are used strategically to drive prescriptions.
