Role Description This is a full-time on-site position located in El Maadi for a Tender Specialist. The Tendering Specialist will manage the preparation and submission of tenders, evaluate procurement requirements, and ensure compliance with tender documentation. Additionally, responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing tender opportunities, drafting proposals, and liaising with vendors, clients, and relevant stakeholders to ensure efficient tender processing.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. Experience working with ERP Systems is required. Strong expertise in Tender Management and Proposal Writing. Proficiency in Analytical Skills to evaluate tender requirements and procurement strategies. Exceptional Communication skills to coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders. Knowledge in Procurement processes and procedures. Attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative setting. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred. Familiarity with the healthcare or medical equipment industry is a significant advantage.
