Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Corporate Executive Chef, located in New Cairo. The Corporate Executive Chef will oversee daily food preparation, develop menus, establish and maintain culinary standards, and train and manage kitchen staff. Ensuring high-quality food and beverage service and maintaining effective inventory and food cost control will also be integral responsibilities.
Qualifications Expertise in Food Preparation and Cooking techniques Proficiency in Food Service and Food & Beverage management Strong background in Culinary Management, including menu development and team leadership Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain high standards of quality A degree in Culinary Arts or a related field is highly preferred Proven experience in large-scale food operations or hospitality management is a significant advantage
