We're Hiring: UI/UX Designer???? Job Objective: To turn business goals into clean, measurable designs across web and mobile. Lead user research and usability testing, craft wireframes and interactive prototypes, deliver clear specs to developers, and maintain a scalable design system. Collaborate daily with the Product Owner and managers to align with product goals and BRD/FRD, and partner with Marketing/Sales on landing pages and promo assets that drive growth.???? Key Responsibilities:Translate business goals into measurable designs Design user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile Conduct user research, usability testing, and translate findings into design decisions Create wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications Collaborate with developers to ensure design implementation Maintain design systems and UI guidelines Collaborate daily with the Product Owner and managers to align designs with product goals and BRD/FRDPartner with Marketing/Sales on landing pages and promo assets that support growth targets✅ Qualifications & Experience:4–6 years of professional UI/UX design experience Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch) Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile projects Understanding of responsive and accessible design principles Excellent communication and presentation skills⭐ Preferred Skills:Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, Angular/React basics)????
