Responsibilities:
Review sub-contractors team performance, guide and report any problems to Site Manager in order to tack necessary actions. Handle day-to-day site issues, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors. Coordinate with Quality Control Department schedule of inspections/tests and take any corrective action if required. Prepare daily status report to present zone performance and obstacles need to solve. Supervise sub-contractor and labors to ensure all safety & quality requirements are applied in all site activities. Review labors' productivity rates to ensure that it is within the budget. Coordinate with other trades to push the work progress & solve any related problems. • Coordinate with technical office to make sure about the right implementation of the shop drawings on site. Gather data, compile reports, and deliver presentations to relevant stakeholders. Ensure that employee is working according to the company HSE policies and regulations, and fully aware of his job risk assessment and environmental aspects Follow up and review warehouses and follow up on raw material consumption rates
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Engineering2-4 years of experience in Finishing Works
