Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Property Consultant, based in New Cairo. The Senior Property Consultant will be responsible for managing client consultations, identifying client needs, providing tailored real estate solutions, and driving sales activities. Additional responsibilities include maintaining strong client relationships, delivering excellent customer service, and staying informed on market trends to advise clients effectively. Collaboration with colleagues and contributing to achieving team goals is also an essential aspect of this role.
Qualifications2–4 years of experience in real estate sales or property consulting. Strong understanding of the Egyptian real estate market, including market trends, competitors, and client needs. Excellent communication and client relationship management skills. Proven sales track record with the ability to achieve and exceed sales targets. Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while collaborating effectively within a team. Good organizational and follow-up skills with attention to detail. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
