Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Technical Support role, located in Qesm El Maadi, supporting customers exclusively via Whats App. Responsibilities include addressing and resolving technical issues, troubleshooting and ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high-quality customer support. The role involves analyzing technical challenges and delivering efficient solutions while ensuring prompt and professional communication with customers.
