Job Details

Job Purpose The Scrum Master is responsible for facilitating and coaching multiple Agile squads working in parallel on enterprise-level systems including Recruitment, Accounts, HR Watch, and Management Dashboards. The Scrum Master ensures Agile values are upheld, removes impediments, and drives continuous delivery across all teams.
Key Responsibilities• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Standup, Sprint Review, and Retrospective) for multiple squads simultaneously.• Coordinate dependencies and inter-squad communication across Backend, Frontend, UI/UX, BA, and QA teams.• Shield the teams from external interruptions and remove blockers that hinder sprint progress.• Collaborate with Product Owners and BAs to ensure the backlog is well-groomed, prioritized, and sprint-ready.• Track and report sprint velocity, team capacity, and delivery metrics using visual tools (Jira, Azure Dev Ops, or similar).• Monitor QA integration within sprints to ensure quality gates are consistently met before releases.• Promote and coach Agile best practices across all squads, ensuring consistent adoption of Scrum framework.• Identify risks early and escalate to IT Management with proposed mitigation plans.• Facilitate cross-squad alignment sessions to keep all workstreams synchronized toward shared release milestones.• Produce sprint reports, burndown charts, and retrospective action logs for stakeholder visibility.
Required Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, preferably managing multiple squads.• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification is preferred.• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).• Hands-on experience with project management tools: Jira, Azure Dev Ops, Trello, or equivalent.• Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and communication skills.• Ability to manage and coordinate diverse technical roles in a fast-paced environment.• Experience with enterprise systems (HR, ERP, Financial systems) is a strong advantage.
