Company Description:A major real estate developer with more than 10 current projects in New Cairo and the New Administrative Capital. Targeting the top segment of clients.
Role Description:This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales - Real Estate professional located in New Cairo City. The individual in this role will drive sales growth by identifying potential clients, managing client relationships, and negotiating contracts. Responsibilities include supporting real estate development activities, providing exceptional customer service, staying informed about the real estate market, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the buying or selling process.
Qualifications:Proficiency in Real Estate and Real Property knowledge, with a strong understanding of local market trends. Experience in Sales and Customer Service, along with excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with Real Estate Development processes and practices. Strong communication and networking abilities. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred. Ability to work effectively on-site and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in the real estate industry and a proven sales track record are a must.
