Planning & Strategy:

  • Develop an annual content calendar covering digital and offline platforms.
  • Create tailored content plans for Mersal projects, donor-focused initiatives, and revenue-generating services.
  • Coordinate with Finance, PR, and project teams to align content with campaigns and priorities.
  • Content Creation & Execution:
  • Write high-quality content for fundraising campaigns, awareness initiatives, and branded materials.
  • Create engaging copy for social media, advertising, donor communication, and storytelling.
  • Produce targeted content for paid and organic social media campaigns.
  • Lead content creation for seasonal, monthly, and awareness campaigns.
  • Ensure content quality, consistency, and proper publication across all channels.
  • Monitoring & Reporting:
  • Prepare periodic content performance reports.
  • Track engagement and effectiveness of campaigns and partnerships.
  • Analyze social media performance and optimize content accordingly.
  • Measure reach and impact of awareness campaigns.
