Job Description

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in all administrative tasks.
  • Support daily office operations, including correspondence, document management, and supply inventory.
  • Assist in the preparation of employment contracts, offer letters, and onboarding documentation.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws throughout all HR and administrative processes.
  • Prepare regular reports on recruitment metrics, employee turnover, and administrative activities.
  • Organize and participate in employee engagement activities and internal communications.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR and management teams as needed.

 

Job Requirements

  • Must be living in Hurghada
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, human resources, or administrative roles
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced office environment
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR management systems
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Solid understanding of recruitment best practices and employment legislation
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs
