Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Product Manager (L1) at Biotics AI. In this role, you will oversee the development and delivery of product features, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and user needs. Responsibilities include defining and prioritizing product requirements, coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing timelines, analyzing performance data, and engaging with stakeholders to gather feedback. You will play a critical role in driving product strategy and enhancing the impact of our AI platform within the healthcare domain.
Qualifications Past technical experience in software engineering, ML engineering, and/or biomedical engineering (2+ years) Experience in product management, including defining product roadmaps and managing cross-functional teams Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills Knowledge of AI, machine learning, or healthcare technologies is highly desirable Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders Adaptability to work in a remote environment while effectively managing priorities Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field such as Business, Technology, or Healthcare Management
