Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Production Manager for our paper products factory located in Badr City. This is an on-site, full-time role that involves overseeing day-to-day production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and adherence to safety regulations. Key responsibilities include managing a team of workers, maintaining production schedules, implementing quality assurance processes, and optimizing workflow. The Production Manager will also be involved in troubleshooting issues, coordinating with other departments, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills Experience in production planning, process optimization, and maintaining production schedules Knowledge of quality assurance and safety regulations in manufacturing Problem-solving abilities and familiarity with troubleshooting manufacturing challenges Proficiency in relevant production management tools and software Effective communication and collaboration skills Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred Previous experience in paper product manufacturing is a plus
