Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Specialist located in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The Call Center Specialist will handle customer inquiries, provide exceptional customer support, resolve issues effectively, and maintain detailed records of customer interactions. Additional responsibilities include managing contact center operations, ensuring prompt responses to calls and emails, and assisting customers with product-related queries or concerns.
Qualifications Strong skills in Customer Support and Customer Service Excellent Communication skills for engaging with clients and team members Experience in Contact Centers and knowledge of call center operations Proficiency in Computer Literacy and ability to quickly learn software and tools Ability to work efficiently under pressure and deliver results Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Arabic and English) is preferred Experience in the agricultural chemicals is a plus
