  • Supervise and monitor steel structure installation and erection works at the construction site.
  • Ensure work is carried out according to approved shop drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
  • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other engineering teams to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Review and verify steel fabrication and installation drawings before execution.
  • Ensure proper alignment, leveling, and positioning of steel elements during installation.
  • Monitor the use of cranes, lifting equipment, and installation tools to ensure safe operations.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards and compliance with project requirements.
  • Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and update project management on site activities.
  • Ensure adherence to HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards during installation works.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues and site challenges related to steel installation.
  • Coordinate with the QA/QC team for inspections and approvals of completed works.
