Job Purpose:
As a Business Analyst + Project Manager, you will be responsible for bridging business needs with technology solutions while leading projects from initiation through successful delivery. You will analyze business requirements, define functional and technical specifications, and manage cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
This hybrid role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical and leadership skills who can manage stakeholders, drive project governance, and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and digital transformation initiatives in line with Saudi Vision 2030. You will play a critical role in delivering value-driven solutions, optimizing business processes, and ensuring successful project outcomes.
Key Accountabilities:
- Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and analysis sessions.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and system specifications.
- Conduct gap analysis, feasibility studies, and impact assessments for proposed initiatives.
- Develop business cases, cost-benefit analysis, and ROI assessments to support decision-making.
- Lead end-to-end project management activities including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource plans.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation including project charters, schedules, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), and status reports.
- Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure financial control.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including business users, development, infrastructure, vendors, and third-party providers.
- Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and Agile ceremonies where applicable.
- Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks, issues, and change requests.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, governance frameworks, and compliance standards.
- Oversee UAT (User Acceptance Testing) processes and ensure successful solution validation.
- Manage stakeholder communications and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Support digital transformation initiatives and process optimization efforts.
- Participate in vendor evaluation, RFP preparation, and contract review processes.
- Ensure successful project handover to operations and support teams.
- Drive continuous improvement in project management and business analysis practices. Ensure alignment between IT strategy, digital transformation initiatives, and project delivery.
