Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Mechanical Tendering Engineer, located in Maadi, QLD. The role involves preparing and managing technical and commercial proposals for mechanical tenders, analyzing project specifications, estimating material and labor costs, and providing accurate quotations. The engineer will work closely with the procurement team, communicate effectively with suppliers and clients, and ensure compliance with technical and contractual requirements. By collaborating with relevant departments, the role ensures timely submission of competitive bids.
Qualifications
Experience in preparing Quotations and managing procurement processes Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to evaluate project specifications and costs Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with teams, suppliers, and clients Solid knowledge of Electrical Engineering and its application in mechanical systems and tenders Proficiency in using tendering software tools and advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or related Engineering fields Relevant certifications and prior experience in similar roles or industries are a plus
