Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Chef based in Alexandria. The Executive Chef will oversee the kitchen operations, plan and execute menus, maintain food quality standards, ensure compliance with sanitation regulations, and train kitchen staff. The individual will also collaborate with team members to deliver an outstanding dining experience for guests.
Qualifications Culinary skills including menu planning, food preparation, and cooking techniques Strong leadership, team management, and staff training abilities Knowledge of kitchen operations, hygiene standards, and food safety regulations Creativity and innovation in developing diverse and appealing dishes Excellent organizational and time management skills Prior experience in a luxury hotel or fine dining setting is preferred Certification or degree in culinary arts or a related field is a plus Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high standard of service
