Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Network Security Presales Engineer located in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves providing technical expertise during the presales process, engaging with clients to understand and analyze their network security requirements, and proposing tailored solutions. The engineer will conduct product demonstrations, create technical proposals, support sales teams in client interactions, and address technical queries. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure solutions meet customer needs is also a key aspect of the role.

Qualifications

Practical knowledge and expertise in Network Administration and Network Engineering Comprehensive understanding of Network Security and Cybersecurity principles Proficiency in Information Security practices and solutions Excellent presentation and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues Ability to analyze client requirements and design tailored technical solutions Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field A minimum of 3 years of experience in network security, presales, or a related field Industry certifications such as CCNP, CISSP, or CISM are a significant advantage Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
