Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief Executive Officer (CEO), based in Alexandria, Egypt. The CEO will oversee the strategic direction of the company and its subsidiaries, lead operational and financial decision-making, and build strong relationships with stakeholders. Responsibilities include setting the vision and long-term goals for the organization, driving growth and profitability, managing key partnerships, developing business strategies, and ensuring effective organizational performance. The CEO will represent the company in external engagements and lead the team in achieving the company’s objectives.
Qualifications Strong expertise in Finance, including knowledge of investment banking, asset management, or private equity Proven track record in Operations Management and Business Planning Demonstrated skills in Strategic Planning and organizational leadership Experience in Sales and business development is preferred Excellent interpersonal, decision-making, and leadership abilities Proficiency in international markets and a deep understanding of the financial sector, particularly within the MENA region10+ years of executive or senior management experience An advanced degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is desirable
