What you’d work on:* Design and deploy AWS environments for production workloads* Lead modernization & migration (rehost, replatform, refactor, containerization)* Implement infrastructure as code and CI/CD practices* Operate and improve production environments (monitoring, patching, backups, capacity)* Handle incidents & senior-level troubleshooting across all layers* Contribute to standards, documentation and enabling other engineers
What we’re looking for:* 8–10 yrs experience, including 3–5 yrs in Dev Ops/Cloud/SRE* Strong Linux and networking fundamentals* Experience across multiple environments and platforms* Hands-on modernization/migration experience* IaC, CI/CD and scripting expertise (e.g., Bash/Python)* ⁠Experience with Dockers and Kubernetees. * ⁠Strong Cloud Hands-on Experience, preferably AWS. * Able to ramp up on AWS quickly if not already strong* Calm, structured, proactive and self-driven* Comfortable guiding and supporting other engineers
