Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo for a GPS Supervisor. The GPS Supervisor will oversee and monitor GPS systems across company vehicles to ensure efficient route planning and operational accuracy. Daily responsibilities include supervising the functionality of GPS tracking, analyzing data for performance optimization, providing support to drivers, coordinating with operations teams to address logistical challenges, and preparing operational reports. The supervisor is expected to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and contribute to continuous service improvement.
Qualifications A minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 5 years of experience in the GPS field is required. ( Males only) Proficiency in GPS technology, tracking systems, and related software Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to monitor and interpret data Excellent communication and coordination skills to liaise with drivers and operational teams effectively Experience in transportation, logistics, or fleet management is highly valuable Proven ability to work in a team-oriented environment and supervise team activities efficiently Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation Management, or a related field is preferred Strong technical aptitude and the ability to learn rapidly about new software systems Knowledge of safety regulations and relevant compliance standards
