Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele-sales Specialist at Pioneer Media Academy operational office located in 6th of October. The Tele-sales Specialist will be responsible for conducting sales calls and pitching products or services to potential customers.
Qualifications Prior experience in Tele-sales is a MUST(+2) years of experience in Tele-sales Bachelor's degree in media or related field is preferred Graduate NOT a student Excellent communication and negotiation skills Sales skills & Customer service skills
The Tele-Sales Specialist will be responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with current clients, generating new sales leads, providing excellent customer service, and convincing clients by the Academy's services and products.
Job Responsibilities Making outbound sales calls (NOT cold calls, clients already waiting for your call) Reaching the daily target of 'number of calls' + 'calls durations'Achieving the weekly target of 'number of customers'Achieving the monthly target of 'sales tiers'upselling our products to the existing clients Recording the feedback of each call Following up with clients to assist in solving any issues Providing reports, daily and monthly reports
