Job Description:
Costing & Data Accuracy-Update standard costs, BOMs, and routings.-Validate material, labor, and overhead costs.-Support cost‑roll and annual cost updates. Production & Operations Analysis-Track production KPIs (yield, scrap, downtime).-Analyze variances and highlight root causes.-Manage direct & fixed overhead reporting. Stock Control-Conduct monthly production loss analysis.-Ensure accurate posting of production orders on SAP.-Verify material supply against valid POs (Gate Control).-Handle vendor creation and approval cycle on SAP.-Post and control factory provisions with proper month‑end closing.-Monitor subcontracting (3P) and wastage posting on SAP.-Manage scrap dealers: contracts, limits, SAP balances, and account clearing.

Qualifications & Experience:
-Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Finance, or any related field.-Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance within the FMCG industry (must).-Strong experience as an SAP User.-Very good computer literacy, especially with the MS Office package.-Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.-Ability to perform additional duties related to the job scope as required.
