Role Description This full-time role for a Direct Sales Executive is based on-site in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves managing and expanding a portfolio of clients, implementing effective sales strategies, and achieving set sales targets. Responsibilities include engaging with clients to understand their needs, offering tailored insurance solutions, and fostering strong customer relationships. The sales executive will also collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless customer service and satisfaction.
Qualifications Strong Communication and interpersonal skills with a client-oriented approach Experience in Customer Service and building long-lasting client relationships Proficiency in Sales techniques and meeting or exceeding sales goals Knowledge of Finance concepts and familiarity with the insurance industry Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, on-site professional environment Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
