Key Responsibilities:

Partner Relationship Management: Build, develop, and maintain long-term relationships with assigned partners, acting as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor.

Sales Growth via Partners: Drive revenue growth through partner channels by ensuring partners understand Silicon21 CRM Canon’s products and are enabled to sell effectively.

Brand Awareness: Promote and educate partners on Silicon21 CRM Canon’s brand portfolio.

Partner Issue Resolution: Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve partner concerns promptly and efficiently.

Partner Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze partner sales performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Compliance and Policy Adherence: Ensure partners comply with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
