About the Role: In this role you will lead the design, implementation and optimisation of Service Now solutions across ITSM, HRSD, and ITOM modules, partnering closely with stakeholders to translate business challenges into intelligent platform outcomes. You’ll help drive enterprise-scale delivery, guide technical decisions, and elevate the way organisations manage digital workflows.
What You’ll Do: • Lead end-to-end Service Now solution delivery - from requirements definition to deployment and optimisation. • Collaborate with business and IT leaders to architect scalable workflows and automation aligned to organisational goals. • Apply ITIL best practices to design effective service management processes. • Manage integrations between Service Now and enterprise systems to support seamless operations. • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering quality and innovation. • Stay current with platform updates and emerging Service Now trends.
Who We’re Looking For: • Strong hands-on experience with #Service Now #ITSM, #HRSD, and #ITOM. • Deep understanding of ITIL frameworks and how they apply to enterprise workflows. • Proven ability to deliver complex Service Now projects in a client-facing environment. • Experience in scripting, workflow design, platform customisations. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Service Now certifications (CSA, CIS-ITSM/HRSD/ITOM) and relevant ITIL certification highly advantageous. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline preferred.
