Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Cairo, Egypt. Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering excellent customer service experiences. The role involves day-to-day interactions with clients to provide support, maintain customer relationships, and address their needs effectively and professionally.
Qualifications Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and maintaining high Customer Satisfaction Ability to deliver a positive Customer Experience with attention to detail and professionalism Experience in managing customer interactions to foster excellent Customer Relationships Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills Proficiency in both verbal and written communication, with multilingual abilities being a plus Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced customer-focused environment Experience working in customer service roles is an advantage but not mandatory
