Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Reservations Ticketing Agent based in Alexandria, Egypt. The role involves assisting clients with travel reservations, including flights, hotel bookings, and other travel arrangements. Daily responsibilities include communicating with customers, responding to inquiries, handling payments, resolving booking concerns, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a smooth travel experience.
Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively assist and support clients. Experience in reservations, travel & tourism operations, and related booking systems. Sales skills with the ability to recommend services and upsell travel-related products when applicable. Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in relevant travel booking software and tools is an advantage. Bachelor’s degree in tourism, hospitality, or a related field is preferred. Fluency in English and Arabic for professional communication.
