Your role and responsibilities
* Configure SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) modules, including Job Information, Compensation, Time Off, and Workflows.
* Support data migration, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
* Assist in requirement gathering, business process documentation, and solution design.
* Resolve configuration issues and provide support during go-live activities.
* Manage end-to-end payroll cycles, including pre-payroll activities, simulation, posting to FI, and post-payroll processing.
* Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements (e.g., tax, social security, labor laws) in line with country-specific regulations.
* Support Compensation Management, including salary structures, merit increases, promotions, and bonus plans.
* Provide functional and technical support for SAP Payroll issues, including investigation and resolution of payroll discrepancies.
* Create and maintain documentation for system configuration, process flows, and user guides.
* Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and rollouts, including testing and training sessions.
* Support audits and reporting by providing accurate payroll-related data and documentation.

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
* Experience in end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors EC implementations.
* Strong understanding of payroll schemas, PCRs, wage types, and info types.
* Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
